Despite the terror attack outside the entrance to Ariel on March 17, that claimed the lives of 19-year-old Gal Keidan and Rabbi Achiad Ettinger, father of 12, and seriously wounded Alex Dvorsky, whose full recovery we continue to pray for, the city of Ariel refuses to be threatened.
Two days later, we stood strong and celebrated the laying of the cornerstone of the new neighborhood in Ariel, “Ariel South”. This neighborhood is our response to terror and it is our firm statement that we will grow despite the intentions of our enemies. We will continue to expand the capital of Samaria and open our arms to the families and young couples who will establish their homes here. These residents will benefit from commercial centers, educational institutions, green parks and innovative planning that Ariel offers, thanks to the support of our generous friends.
In the new “Ariel South” neighborhood there will be 839 housing units, of which 770 units will be subsidized housing projects.
As in the rest of our history and the city, we look forward to joining hands with the American Friends of Ariel in creating and building new projects in the Ariel South neighborhood. We continue to be thankful and blessed by our wonderful partners and truly salute your support.
Come visit us soon to see the progress.
