Cornerstone: Remembering Ron Nachman

Print

On January 27, 2015, the City of Ariel and the Nachman Family will remember Mayor Ron Nachman and celebrate his life.

Ron’s wife, Dorith, and Ariel’s Mayor, Eliyahu Shaviro, respectfully invite you to join us for the Ron Nachman Memorial Site and Pioneers Museum cornerstone laying ceremony, to be held on the second anniversary of Ron’s passing; January 27, 2015 – the seventh day of the Hebrew month of Shvat, year 5775.

The Ron Nachman Memorial Site will serve as the gateway to the Ariel National Center for Leadership Development. Its primary structure, the Pioneers Museum, will celebrate the triumphs of Ron and his peers who joined him in establishing Ariel – the City of Samaria. Tens of thousands of visitors and leadership training program participants will learn from Ron’s tangible legacy as they gaze upon the City of Ariel from above, and engage with an exhibition featuring his life story from up close.

As always, we invite you to step into our story as we embark on this important project.
