Over a three-day period, the Ariel University Center was proud to award some 2,047 graduates with their diplomas.
On June 11th, 2012 graduation ceremonies for BA & MA degrees took place at Ariel University Center. The Ceremonies were from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the School of Communications. 1,059 graduates took part in this ceremony, 30 of whom were awarded certificates of excellence by the heads of the University Center. The guest of honor at the ceremony was Professor Eugene Kandel, head of the National Economic Council for the Prime Minister.
The following day, June 12th, the university awarded BA degrees to graduates from the Faculties of Engineering, Health Sciences, Science, and the School of Architecture.
On the 13th, the School of Research handed out diplomas to their students. In this ceremony certificates were distributed to 146 MA graduates.
This was the fifth cycle of accreditation for the School of Social Work, the third for that of the MBA and Department of Psychology, and the second for the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
The ceremony’s guest of honor was Prof. Jacob Ziv – Chairman of Telem (National Infrastructure for Research & Development)
The new graduates will no doubt go on to make their marks in every field of endeavor within Israel, and in doing so bring honor to Ariel University. Nothing succeeds like success, the saying goes, and so interest in both Ariel and its university will continue to spread.
