The Promise
The City of Ariel is thoroughly committed to its youth. Teenagers have the energy and the desire to make their mark. As such, thier strengths need to be mobilized and well directed. Teenagers need to be given the tools to succeed, to contribute and to be productive members of society. Once provided with the appropriate framework, the youth of Ariel will focus their energies in a positive and responsible way, paving the path for continued success in their future, and ours.
The Future
Teenagers Empowered to Embrace and Nurture their Success (TEENS) is an innovative initiative, focused on cultivating the latent talents of Ariel’s youth. Participating teenagers will be given the responsibility of running a unique one-of-a-kind multifaceted facility. They will be taught to devlop a business plan, operate the on site facilities, maintain the site and manage its various programs. These teenagers will be given the practical tools and the necessary setting to become upstanding and committed members of their society.
