 The Promise
Israel needs a new generation of leaders. From social action to ecology, from regional politics to serving as a light unto the nations of the world, today’s youth will have to provide tomorrow’s answers. The People of Israel and Jews around the world need to cultivate our collective future by focusing our efforts on young leadership. Thankfully, an effective and practical youth leadership training facility has finally been born, here, in the heart of Israel.
The Future
The Ariel National Leadership Development Center is the only program of its kind. The numerous extreme sports challenge facilities, including the alpine tower, the ropes course, the climibing wall and many others, are the revolutionary tools to be used for this innovative project. Participants will learn through their personal experiences, both individually and as groups. Israel’s Ministry of Education is developing the park’s curriculum, with the intention of sending between 10,000 and 40,000 students to the Ariel National Leadership Development Center annually. The various programs draw upon Jewish heritage, with a particular focus on biblical prototyypes and Israeli leaders as the foundation for the leadership training. The park's participants will doubtlessly face the challenges of tomorrow head on, with a wealth of knowledge, a clear sense of direction and a drive to succeed.
